Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice in our store pharmacies. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, participate in KLEs, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe, timely prescriptions and caring service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or accepted into an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must have or be working toward valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by state law.
• Provide empathetic, caring customer service and effective communication.
