Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world pharmacy practice within our Denver stores. Under a licensed preceptor, you will complete a training roadmap, support dispensing, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while delivering compassionate service to patients.

You will learn to operate within SOPs, participate in immunizations and counseling, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture as you prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college enrollment or active status
• Active intern/technician licensure as required by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and patient interactions under pharmacist supervision.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures to protect patient privacy and ensure compliance.
• Assist with inventory management and basic store operations as directed by leadership.
• Support cross-store travel as needed to meet business needs.
