Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern position within our Retail network. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, completing a training roadmap that exposes you to store, district, and regional operations while supporting the pharmacy team to fill prescriptions safely and efficiently.

You will learn SOPs, demonstrate empathy in patient interactions, assist with immunizations where allowed, and prepare for progression toward Pharmacist

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy program enrollment or acceptance.
• Valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Contribute to safe patient experiences with empathy and care
• Assist with prescription filling and customer service
• Support immunizations and other patient services where allowed
• Learn SOPs and follow policies
