Job summary

CVS Health offers a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program in our retail locations. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a comprehensive training roadmap to prepare you for a Pharmacist role.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, participate in immunizations and other patient services where allowed, and build clinical and technical knowledge while contributing to a caring, inclusive

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support immunizations and other patient services where allowed by law and training.
