Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern in our Retail locations. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, under a preceptor, and follow a comprehensive training roadmap with hands-on experience across store operations.

You will learn to support the pharmacy team, ensure safe prescription fulfillment, and deliver caring service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with SOPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Current or in progress intern/technician licensure as required by state.
• Regular attendance including weekends and ability to complete training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and patient care.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions under supervision.
• Support inventory, SOP compliance and daily pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with team to provide immunizations and health services when permitted.
