Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support patient care and the prescription workflow in Findlay, OH. You will assist with product selection, pricing inquiries, and prescription data entry under supervision.

You’ll also handle third-party processing, inventory management, and clinical services as you gain experience in a multi-state retail setting. This role emphasizes confidentiality, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school and pursuing pharmacy education.
• Pharmacy Intern License (state-specific) holder or eligible.
• Strong customer service and communication aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist patients with product selection and pricing requests.
• Process and fill prescriptions using pharmacy computer systems and labeling stations.
• Handle third-party functions and adjudication as needed.
• Update balance on hand, place orders, and manage inventory and vendor charges.
• Deliver clinical services as trained and available at the Meijer Pharmacy.
