Meijer Pharmacy in Indiana is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Intern to support daily dispensing, customer service, and clinical services under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will assist with prescription processing, price checks, and patient consultations at the Will Call area, while upholding patient confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy Intern License (state-specific).
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Neat and legible penmanship; organizational skills.
• Timeliness, dependability and team-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and MTM basics.

Responsibilities

• Customer service with patients in person and by phone; assist with product selection and price inquiries.
• Processing and filling prescriptions; data entry and third party adjudication.
• Count and label prescriptions; manage Will Call pickups.
• Inventory management; order and update stock; vendor-related tasks.
• Clinical services support under pharmacist supervision.
