Meijer in Indiana is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support daily pharmacy operations and patient care. You will assist with prescriptions, collaborate with the pharmacy team, and help with MTM services under supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy Intern License (state-specific).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Neat, legible penmanship and organizational skills.

• Understanding of patient confidentiality and MTM basics.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and assist patients with product selection.
• Communicate with patients in person and by phone; assist with price inquiries.
• Process and fill prescriptions accurately and timely.
• Use pharmacy computer system for data entry and adjudication.
• Perform third-party functions and routine inventory tasks.
• Manage balance on hand, ordering, and receiving stock.
• Support clinical services and MTM-related activities.
