Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist patients in person and by phone.
• Process and fill prescriptions; enter data into pharmacy computer system.
• Handle third-party adjudication and pricing as needed.
• Manage inventory, balance on hand, order products, and assist with vendor transfers.
• Provide and support clinical services as applicable.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and professional appearance.
• This role may include other duties as assigned.
