• Customer service and patient communication, in person and by phone.
• Assist patients with product selection and obtain medication prices.
• Process and fill prescriptions; data entry and third-party adjudication.
• Count and label prescriptions; manage Will Call pickups.
• Handle third‑party functions and inventory management.
• Provide clinical services as applicable under supervision.
