Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support customer service, prescription processing, and clinical services under supervision.

You will use the pharmacy computer system for data entry, assist with third party adjudication, and help manage inventory and orders at the Will Call and fill stations. Eligible students enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program with a state-specific intern license will contribute to a patient-focused team and gain hands-on experience across Meijer

Responsibilities

• Customer service; assisting patients with product selection and obtaining medication prices.
• Processing and filling prescriptions.
• Using pharmacy computer system for prescription data entry and third party adjudication; stocking and labeling.
• Managing inventory, balance on hand, and order processing.
• Providing clinical services as trained and allowed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
