Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intake Supervisor to lead the intake team at our Louisville, KY location. The role involves triaging patient and prescriber communications, processing electronic prescriptions and faxes, and setting up patient profiles to ensure accurate, timely drug orders.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of pharmacy experience with leadership exposure, a current PTT/CPhT license, and strong interpersonal and coaching skills to drive performance and quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years pharmacy experience with leadership exposure.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician per state law.
• Experience with intake processes and prescription data entry.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff to maintain a positive, efficient environment.
• Create patient profiles and process orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
• Train and coach staff; manage performance and corrective actions.
• Monitor daily workflow and adjust personnel to meet volume and service levels.
• Collaborate with management on staffing and process improvements.
