Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to Pharmacy Innovation projects and process improvements.
• Represent Pharmacy Innovation in project approval meetings and prioritize critical work.
• Track pipeline initiatives and assist leadership with market and internal research.
• Educate and train stakeholders on project processes and tools; translate user needs to technical staff.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams; manage multiple project teams and ensure quality execution.
