Excellus BCBS in New York is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Pharmacy Innovation initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will coordinate matrixed teams, manage budgets, schedule, and risk, and partner with pharmacy, IT, sales and customer service to drive value.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Five years of healthcare administration or related experience.
Three years of Project Management experience.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with project budgeting and governance processes.
Familiarity with healthcare delivery, IT interfaces, and stakeholder management.
PM certification (PMP/PMI) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Plan, direct, and coordinate matrixed teams to deliver Pharmacy Innovation projects through ideation, delivery, and refinement.
Monitor timelines, budgets, scope, and risks; report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead cross‑divisional collaboration with Pharmacy Innovation, LBS, IT, and customer service.
Coach and mentor staff; develop processes to improve program management effectiveness.
