Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Pharmacy Informaticist to optimize medication use by supporting and managing medication management systems across inpatient and ambulatory settings. The role bridges people, processes, clinical knowledge, and technology to achieve clinical targets and strategic goals.
Preferred candidates hold a PharmD and are licensed pharmacists, with Epic certification within 4 months of hire. The position is full-time, hybrid, located at St.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm D) is preferred.
- Minimum of three years total of pharmacy experience is required.
- Informatics experience with Epic, Pyxis, smart pumps, IV workflow, 340b, automation solutions, interfaces/integrations, project management, workflow redesign, and training is required.
- Pharmacist license is required; WI or IL license preferred.
- Epic Certification is required or obtained within 4 months of hire.
