Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Pharmacy Informaticist to promote the knowledge, integration, and application of healthcare information technology to optimize medication use across inpatient and ambulatory settings. This role bridges people, process, clinical knowledge, and technology in the health system.

The candidate should have a PharmD or equivalent, strong informatics experience, and Epic certification, with a readiness for project management and end-user training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• PharmD is preferred.
• Minimum of three years pharmacy experience is required.
• Informatics experience with Epic, Pyxis, smart pumps, IV workflow, 340b, automation solutions, CIS interfaces/integrations, project management, workflow redesign, clinical care transformation, and end user training is required.
• Pharmacy informatics experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Epic is preferred.
• Experience in project management, workflow design, process improvement, and end user training is preferred.
