Job summary

Humana is seeking a visionary executive to lead Pharmacy IT strategy and operations across PBM, hospice pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and retail channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of technical IT experience
• 8+ years in IT management
• Broad understanding of IT solutions in Pharma/Healthcare
• Passion for improving consumer experiences

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational IT leadership for Humana Pharmacy P&L and related sub-organizations
• Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology
• Develop and implement department goals with executive IT staff
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration with external partners
