Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field; advanced clinical/business degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist or RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Build the launch operating model across Access and initial Clinical Operations.
• Establish integrated launch workflows across access specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and technicians.
• Lead intake, verification, prior authorization support, appeals coordination, and patient assistance navigation.
• Provide operational oversight for clinical review, education, adherence support, and care coordination.
• Recruit, coach, and retain leaders and frontline resources; set productivity and quality expectations.
• Represent the integrated Pharmacy Hub Operations model in governance, reviews, and client discussions.
