CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, seeks an Associate Director of Pharmacy Hub Operations to build and lead the hub operating model across patient access and clinical services. You will oversee intake, verification, prior authorization, appeals, patient assistance, enrollment, and clinical workflows during launch.

This role requires hands‑on launch leadership, scalable staffing, governance, and quality controls, with cross‑functional collaboration across Implementation, Service Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related clinical field; active pharmacist or RN license.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in complex healthcare operations.
• Experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, patient assistance, enrollment, or reimbursement workflows.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, hub services, patient support programs, or related initiatives.
• Willingness to operate in a regulated environment and scale teams as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead Pharmacy Hub Operations across access and clinical services.
• Oversee intake, enrollment, verification, prior authorization, and patient assistance workflows.
• Establish staffing, credentialing, onboarding, and performance routines for the hub.
• Drive KPI attainment, quality, and risk management across the operation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations.
• Represent hub operations in governance and client discussions as the model matures.
