Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacy Hub Operations to build and lead the hub operations across patient access and clinical services during launch.

You will design the end‑to‑end model, establish workflows, staffing, and governance, and partner with Implementation, Service Operations, and Quality to ensure a compliant, scalable program. The role requires 5+ years in complex healthcare operations leadership, pharmacy or nursing licensure, and hands-on launch experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field.
• Active pharmacist or registered nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex healthcare operations.
• Experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, enrollment, or reimbursement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build the launch operating model across Access Operations and initial Clinical Operations, including team structure, roles, workflows, and governance.
• Establish integrated launch workflows across access specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and technicians with clear handoffs and escalation paths.
• Lead intake and enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization support, and appeals coordination during launch.
• Own service-level attainment, turnaround time, backlog, quality, and end-to-end access outcomes.
• Provide operational oversight for clinical review, patient education, and adherence support during launch.
