Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Nursing/healthcare background preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• Experience in sales and/or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call and visit current customers to enhance working relationships between customers and the pharmacy.
• Market pharmacy as preferred provider of services to existing customer base to increase penetration.
• Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high service levels and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer relationships and serve as an expert advisor for issue resolution and retention.
• Assist in startup of new facility services and staff training.
• Provide consulting services to customers to assist in compliance and deliver in-service training.
