You will work with operations to resolve service issues, train clients on tools, and manage accounts in Salesforce, while maintaining strong industry knowledge and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in long term care pharmacy or institutional patient care setting.
• Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot customer service issues proactively while adhering to pharmacy scope.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and future requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to provide support and deliver solutions ensuring quality care.
• Coordinate with pharmacy operations to address and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Manage client expectations and communicate status updates through issue resolution.
• Develop strong working relationships and build trust with clients by delivering exceptional service.
• Assist in onboarding activities such as data collection and eMAR support.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews with facility management to review deliverables and value-added services.
• Conduct training sessions on operational best practices, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy tools.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and support marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and proactively identify areas for improvement.
