• Provides immunizations and preventive care services (e.g., flu shots, diabetes awareness) as applicable.

FPGEC (Foreign Pharmacist Grad Equivalency Certificate)

Intern permit/certificate (as required by your state)

Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days

Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days
