Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients to assist with products and services and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy practice per state laws and company policies; enter, process, and dispense prescriptions.
• Help with inventory management, store operations, and maintain a clean, orderly Pharmacy Department environment.
• Support patient counseling and health services within the scope of pharmacy intern duties, and report any prescription errors per policy.
