Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, support automation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and layout optimization.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulations.
• Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Support automation and equipment training as required.
