Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations to lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment environment.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, drive efficiency, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and partner with leadership on reporting and improvements, while supporting automation and equipment training as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain or maintain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or production.
• Ability to work in a production environment with physical requirements.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting pharmacy fulfillment and inventory operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and layout optimization
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulations
• Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and improvement initiatives
• Support automation and equipment training as required
