Job summary

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Illinois Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians with coaching and performance support.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development to ensure SOP compliance.
- Support scheduling to ensure shift coverage and workflow continuity.
- Ensure fulfillment workflows are accurate, efficient, and timely.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment to support order volume.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout fulfillment.
- Participate in continuous workflow improvements and inspections readiness.
