Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and CPhT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management in a high-volume operation.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians with hands-on coaching and performance support.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development.
• Support scheduling and staffing to ensure shift coverage.
• Ensure accurate, efficient picking, packing, and shipping.
• Act as on-floor primary contact for daily operational issues.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout fulfillment.
• Contribute to workflow evaluations and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready workspace.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned.
