Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, empathy, and professionalism in fast‑paced fulfillment environments.
- Comfort with pharmacy automation technology and workflow systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians with coaching and performance oversight.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development to ensure SOP compliance.
- Manage scheduling and shift coverage for the team.
- Ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of prescriptions and non-prescription medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and cross‑functional teams to resolve order and shipping issues.
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment to support order volume.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across fulfillment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows and implementing enhancements.
- Maintain a clean, inspection-ready workspace in line with policies.
