Job summary

Ro in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Technician to oversee the pharmacy fulfillment team, coach technicians, and ensure accurate, timely order processing. You will work closely with pharmacists and cross-functional teams while improving workflows and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, with leadership preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians with coaching and performance feedback.
Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development to ensure SOP compliance.
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage and workflow continuity.
Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to meet timelines and accuracy standards.
Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
