Job summary

Ro is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Technician in Boynton Beach, FL. The role leads the pharmacy fulfillment team, trains technicians, and ensures accurate, timely order processing for prescription and non-prescription medications.

You will work with pharmacy leadership to optimize workflows, maintain compliance, and support automation equipment to meet volume demands. The position runs Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:00pm, in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians with hands-on coaching and feedback.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development to ensure SOP compliance.
• Support scheduling to ensure appropriate shift coverage and workflow continuity.
• Ensure accurate, efficient fulfillment of prescriptions and non-prescriptions.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the fulfillment process.
• Contribute to continuous workflow improvements and readiness for inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready workspace.
