The ideal candidate will have an Indiana RPT license with 3+ years in pharmacy/fulfillment and 1+ year of supervisory experience, ensuring adherence to SOPs and driving operational performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) certification.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy fulfillment, mail-order, or high-volume operations.
• 1+ year of lead, supervisory, or frontline leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities for assigned shifts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.
• Balance staffing across functions and adjust priorities based on volume and needs.
• Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks and operational barriers proactively.
• Conduct shift huddles and communicate priorities and process changes clearly.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.
