Tractor Supply Company in Fishers, IN is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily operations under the Sr. Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager.

You will supervise the fulfillment team, manage staffing, monitor quality and KPIs, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy teams, and process improvements to reduce rework and maintain patient safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) in Indiana, in good standing.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a pharmacy, fulfillment, mail-order, or high-volume operations.
• 1+ year of lead, supervisory, or demonstrated frontline leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy fulfillment workflows, prescription processing, inventory practices, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Ability to lead a team, assign work, coach employees, manage competing priorities, and maintain accountability for results.
• Comfortable using operational systems and computer applications to manage work, review information, and track performance.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment and respond appropriately to escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, patient safety, and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities for assigned shifts, ensuring orders processed accurately and on time.
• Balance staffing across functions and adjust priorities based on volume and operational needs.
• Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks, backlogs, staffing gaps, equipment issues, and other barriers.
• Conduct shift huddles and communicate priorities, expectations, process changes, and operational risks.
• Ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed.
