Job summary

Tractor Supply Company’s Miami pharmacy fulfillment operation seeks a results-driven leader to manage daily execution, safety, and service quality across shifts. You will drive productivity, coach frontline staff, and partner with pharmacy leadership to implement improvements using data-driven insights.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a proven track record in high-volume environments to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in good standing as required by state(s).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, mail-order, specialty, or high-volume healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with frontline teams and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, inventory controls, quality processes, and applicable regulations.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems, WMS, order management systems, or related operational technology.

Responsibilities

• Own daily fulfillment execution with accurate, safe, and efficient processing.
• Set operating priorities and maintain accountability across shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and labor allocation based on volume and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and company policies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex fulfillment issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop fulfillment Supervisors and technicians.
