Job summary

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to help process and pack orders, restock packing materials, interact with carriers, and support pharmacy staff in daily operations.

We value analytical, detail-oriented team players who can multitask, prioritize in a fast-changing environment, and communicate clearly. Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets and Slack is preferred; onsite work in Texas with up to 10% local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• WA Only Requirement: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant License.
• Onsite at pharmacy location during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently package prescription orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate inventory of packaging and shipping supplies, including cold chain items.
• Interact with third-party couriers and shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Support daily pharmacy and office operations and assist with process improvements.
