Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to assist with processing and packing orders, restocking materials, and coordinating with carriers. You will support pharmacy staff and help improve operations to enhance patient access to medications.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Onsite work in Colorado is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• WA Only Requirement: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant License.
• Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location.
• Tools: Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreadsheet tools, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently package prescription orders with meticulous attention to detail and maintain inventory of packaging and shipping supplies.
• Restock packing materials and support daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management.
• Interact with third-party couriers and shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch and resolve issues.
• Support pharmacy staff in daily activities and participate in process-improvement initiatives.
