Job summary

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist to accurately dispense prescriptions and support a team of technicians and inventory specialists in Seattle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care and drive efficiency.

The role requires dispensing medications, counseling patients on safety and interactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff and help maintain inventory for timely availability.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience in retail, hospital, outpatient or fulfillment pharmacy.
• Ability to work onsite at the pharmacy location.
• Experience providing patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately.
• Provide patient counseling on safe use, side effects and drug interactions for walk-in patients.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Help manage pharmacy inventory to ensure timely availability of medications.
• Mentor and support pharmacy technicians and staff in daily operations.
