Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Associate in a specialty pharmacy setting. You will support daily operations, coordinate with pharmacists and technicians, prepare and package patient orders, and ensure accuracy in inventory and shipping processes.

The role is onsite, physically demanding, safety-sensitive, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior warehouse and pharmacy exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or purchasing experience preferred.
• Data entry experience is helpful; previous pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for picking.
• Assist with packing and shipping of medications.
• Track shipped packages and report undelivered items.
• Organize daily shipping reports for management review.
• Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts for shipping materials.
