Job summary

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist to dispense medications accurately and on time, guiding walk-in patients and collaborating with technicians and inventory specialists. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes patient counseling, accuracy, and teamwork, with a requirement to work 1-2 shifts per week and commute to the pharmacy location.

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in retail, hospital, outpatient, or fulfillment pharmacy settings.
• Experience providing patient counseling.
• Ability to work 1-2 shifts per week; pharmacy open 7 days.
• Onsite requirement: must commute to the pharmacy location.
• Tools: Proficient in pharmacy management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Help manage pharmacy inventory to ensure timely availability of medications.
• Mentor and support pharmacy technicians and staff.
