Job summary

Alto is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support our Dallas pharmacy operations and deliver a seamless patient experience from on-boarding to delivery. You will ensure accuracy in order preparation, collaborate with couriers, and help optimize internal processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes multitasking across platforms, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current CPhT pharmacy technician license or in-training license with hours to complete within 1 year.
• Willingness to deliver prescriptions within defined zones as needed.
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control and prescription order consolidation for delivery.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely patient deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal systems.
• Fill and label prescriptions with accuracy and proper packaging.
• Assist with inventory management and vendor orders; stock automated dispensing machines.
