Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years in fulfillment/logistics or centralized service.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Experience providing customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff, building team relationships.
• MS Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with WMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations; reports issues when appropriate.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for the scheduled shift with coaching.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads; conducts performance reviews.
• Identifies development opportunities and recommends sustainable solutions to achieve results.
• Suggests process improvements and enhancements to current workflows.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department objectives; ensures adherence to policies.
