Job summary

Walgreens seeks a supervisor for the Centralized Services fulfillment center in Mansfield, MA. You will supervise a designated team and front-line leaders, providing daily support to ensure a first-in-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers.

Through Function Leads, you will monitor day-to-day work, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a fulfillment, logistics or centralized service setting.
• Ability to be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification within the mandated timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and provides technical advice on complex or critical issues escalated from Function.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations and reports issues to Group Manager when appropriate.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members and Function Leads for scheduled shifts with coaching according to quality standards.
• Coaches and develops the Centralized Services team members and Function Leads.
• Conducts performance reviews and identifies opportunities for development, recommending sustainable solutions.
• Looks for process improvements and makes recommendations on enhancements to Group Manager.
• Maintains relations with management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies, including HIPAA and productivity standards.
