Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years in fulfillment/logistics.
• Ability to become a licensed Pharmacy Technician within state mandated timeline and PTCB certification within 12 months.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolves or provides technical advice on complex issues.
• Initiates resolutions for escalations and reports concerns when appropriate.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shifts with coaching.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews and identifies development opportunities.
• Makes process-improvement recommendations to enhance operations.
• Maintains relationships across management levels to meet department goals.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies including HIPAA and productivity standards.
