Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a supervisor for our pharmacy fulfillment center team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a first-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers.

You will monitor day-to-day activities, provide guidance on complex issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining HIPAA and company policy compliance. This role requires leadership experience in fulfillment operations, a pharmacy technician license where applicable, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years in fulfillment/logistics/centralized service.
• Pharmacy Technician license or state/national certification within required timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers with quality standards.
• Experience building relationships, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations; reports issues as needed.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift; provides coaching.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews; identifies development opportunities and suggests solutions.
• Looks for process improvements and makes recommendations.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies (HIPAA included).
