Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a front-line leader for its Centralized Services pharmacy fulfillment center in Liberty, MO. You will support team members to deliver first-in-class service to Walgreens patients and customers, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.

You will assign and review daily work, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper routing of matters to the right party for resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy, retail, or fulfillment setting.
• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Proficient basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line leader for Centralized Services pharmacy fulfillment center.
• Provide daily support to team members and ensure first-in-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers.
• Escalate complex or critical issues as needed and guide resolution.
