Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with computers, phones, and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the counter and answer incoming phone calls.
• Make phone calls to inform patients that we received their prescriptions.
• Take refill requests and check prescription status.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and handle cash and card.
• Schedule deliveries and follow up with patients on ready prescriptions.
• Keep the front counter, waiting area, and OTC shelves clean and stocked.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
