Live-Oak-Pharmacy in Plano, TX, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. If you're organized, patient-focused, and comfortable on the phone, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, processing prescriptions, taking refill requests, handling POS transactions, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining a clean front counter while upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

Major tasks are:

• Greet patients at the counter and answer incoming phone calls
• And Make phone calls to inform patients that we received their prescriptions
• Take refill requests and check prescription status
• Process point-of-sale transactions and handle cash, and card
• Schedule deliveries and follow up with patients on ready prescriptions
• Keep the front counter, waiting area, and OTC shelves clean and stocked

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers, phones, and basic data entry
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred

• Prior pharmacy, retail, or healthcare front-desk experience
• Knowledge of PioneerRx pharmacy software
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation & Schedule

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour, with room to grow based on performance
