Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting and measuring.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks and patient info entry.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and payment processing and guide customers to products.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and perform stock checks.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with workflow and inventory.
• Process third-party prescription claims and assist with clerical duties as needed.
• Provide photo area customer service and assist in OTC and pharmacy areas.
