Polaris Pharmacy Services in Warrington, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Fill Technician to accurately prepare prescriptions, label, scan, and finalize orders for pharmacist verification. You will help maintain an organized workspace and ensure regulatory compliance across daily tasks.

Required is a high school diploma and state-registered pharmacy technician license/certification, with prior pharmacy experience preferred, especially in long-term care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred, especially long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Pull medications from shelves and pre-pack racks.
• Accurately check final preparation before pharmacist verification.
• Fill daily drug orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Process returned drugs and dispose per procedure.
• Pre-pack frequent medications; label and stock as needed during low-volume times.
• Package materials manually and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Follow HIPAA and government regulations; ensure safety and dress code compliance.
• Notify pharmacist of any medication not scanning properly.
• Overtime, holidays and weekends may be required.
