Polaris Pharmacy Services is hiring a Pharmacy Fill Technician to accurately prepare prescriptions, label and scan, and support the pharmacist through daily operations.

You will maintain an organized workspace, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist with processing orders and stocking. This role requires attention to detail and prior pharmacy experience, especially in long-term care settings.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pull medications from shelves and prepare for pharmacist verification.
• Check final preparation accuracy before delivery to the pharmacist.
• Fill daily drug orders accurately and promptly under supervision.
• Assist with processing returned drugs and recycling per procedure.
• Assist in pre-packing and stocking as needed during low-volume times.
• Package materials and products manually.
• Follow HIPAA and all government regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and replenish supplies.
• Alert pharmacist to any scan issues and comply with policies.
• Overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required.
